This service offers solutions to everyday simple and irritating computer issues – as well as a comprehensive helpdesk.
We also offer bespoke tuition as required.
Tuition can be tailored to suit all levels of ability – from complete beginners to competent improvers and is structured to suit each individual’s requirements. This can mean regular hourly lessons or ad hoc support as and when required. Telephone ‘helpdesk’ support can be provided as can remote assistance.
Advice can be given on sourcing and buying appropriate equipment if you are wanting to upgrade or if you are looking for your first tablet or computer.
