Computing@home is a service run specifically for home users who have no IT experts easily on hand and who do not wish to engage expensive commercial support organisations.
The service aims to help solve those ‘simple’ and irritating computer issues – as well as offering bespoke tuition if required.
Tuition can be tailored to suit all levels of ability – from complete beginners to competent improvers and is structured to suit each individual’s requirements. This can mean regular hourly lessons or ad hoc support as and when required. Telephone ‘helpdesk’ support can be provided as can remote assistance.
Advice can be given on sourcing and buying appropriate equipment if you are wanting to upgrade or if you are looking for your first tablet or computer.
Affordable hourly rates – plus travel expenses if over 5 miles.
computing@home is based in Maiden Bradley, Wiltshire.
